OnePlus 12 Launches with Ultra-Bright Display and Rapid Wireless Charging

OnePlus 12, OnePlus’ latest flagship phone, has officially launched in China and is set to make its global debut in early 2024.

This new model builds on the success of the OnePlus 11, featuring a similar design with minor tweaks and a larger 6.82-inch display that boasts an impressive peak brightness of 4,500 nits.

OnePlus 12’s display is a standout feature, with a BOE OLED panel that supports Dolby Vision, 10-bit color depth, and 2160Hz PWM dimming. Its peak brightness of 4,500 nits ensures excellent visibility even in bright outdoor conditions, and the display can be used even when wet.

Fast and Efficient Performance

OnePlus 12 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, which is 30% faster and 25% more efficient than its predecessor. The phone also boasts up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring smooth and responsive performance. An enhanced cooling system is included for higher sustained performance.

Advanced Camera System

OnePlus 12 features a triple-camera setup with improved image sensors, including a 50MP Sony LYT808 primary camera, a 48MP IMX481 ultrawide camera, and a 64MP OV64B sensor for the 3x optical shooter. The front camera is a 32MP Sony IMX615 sensor. With Hasselblad’s 4th-generation tuning and a faster ISP, the OnePlus 12 promises to capture better photos than its predecessor.

OnePlus 12 will be available in China from December 11, 2023, starting at CNY 4,299. The global launch is scheduled for early 2024, alongside other products from OnePlus.
